Biography

Dr. Sultangali Arzykulov (Member, IEEE) is a researcher and academic with a strong background in radio engineering, electronics, and telecommunications. He earned his B.Sc. degree (Hons.) from the Kazakh National Research Technical University in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in 2010. Subsequently, he pursued his passion for communication engineering, obtaining his M.Sc. degree from the University of Manchester, U.K., in 2013. Dr. Arzykulov continued his academic journey by earning a Ph.D. degree in science, engineering, and technology from Nazarbayev University in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan.

Having demonstrated his expertise in the field, Dr. Arzykulov served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Communication and Computing Systems Lab (CCSL) of King Abdullah University of Science and Technology in Saudi Arabia. Currently, he holds the position of Assistant Professor at Nazarbayev University, where he continues to make significant contributions to the field of wireless communication systems.
