| Engineer Fuad Mosa is currently holding the position of Deputy Minister of Localization and Local Content, Risks Management at the Ministry of Energy. Previously, he held several positions as General Manager of Global Investments at SABIC and before that as Vice President of Local Content and Business Development at SABIC. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from KFUPM in Dhahran, a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from KSU in Riyadh and an MBA degree from Thunderbird School of Management in Arizona, USA. |
| He has over 25 years of experience in deferent fields related to Energy industry, Technology Development, developing local content, and developing industrial Sectors, He contributes in more than 35 patents during his earlier years of experience in developing deferent Technology for SABIC, He contributed to the development of several national programs. |
| He serves as Board Member of several boards of directors in companies, institutes and centers, in addition to being a member of governmental and international committees. |
